PLC Programming
Structured, documented PLC code for new machines, line extensions, and migrations — written to be maintained for the next fifteen years, not just to pass the FAT.
What we take on
New machine programs, extensions to running lines, and migrations from legacy platforms — S7-300/400 to TIA Portal, obsolete HMIs, unsupported SCADA. We program to IEC 61131-3 with a structure your own maintenance team can read: clear naming, modular function blocks, versioned code, and alarm handling that tells operators what actually happened. We also take over and stabilise codebases that other parties left behind.
How a PLC project runs
We start at your machine, not at a desk: process walkthrough, IO list, and a functional design specification you sign off before a line of code is written. Development runs against simulation where possible; commissioning is planned around your production windows — nights, weekends, or planned stops. Factory and site acceptance tests are documented against the agreed specification.
What you receive
- Commented, versioned source code — you own it, no lock-in
- Functional design specification and as-built documentation
- FAT/SAT protocols signed against your requirements
- Operator and maintenance-team handover training
- Optional support agreement after go-live
