What we build
Lighting, climate, access, shading and irrigation integrated into one system instead of five apps that do not talk to each other. We work with Home Assistant as an open, local-first core, and with KNX, Matter, Zigbee and Modbus devices around it — the mix follows the building, not a brand catalogue. That includes energy: metering, solar, storage and EV charging pulled into one dashboard that shows what the building actually consumes and lets it react automatically. Everything is documented and handed over; you own the configuration.
New builds and existing buildings
In a new build we join early enough to influence what gets wired, which is where the cheap wins are. In an existing building — the more common case — we work with what is already installed: existing devices and buses are integrated where they are sound and replaced only where they genuinely block the result. We install and configure the automation layer; electrical installation work itself is carried out by a certified installer, coordinated by us as part of the project. The result runs locally, so it keeps working when the internet does not, with remote access when you want it.
